90 days to decide.

If something isn't right, you have 90 days from delivery to return it. We want you to love what you keep.

How to return

1. Email info@fifthavenuestyle.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply with a printable return label and instructions.
3. Pack the unworn item(s) in the original packaging with tags attached and drop the parcel off.

Return shipping

The cost of the return label is deducted from your refund. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, return shipping is on us and you receive a full refund.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we refund your original payment method right away.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Just tell us in your email and we'll arrange the exchange.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
