We process orders within 2–4 business days. Delivery within the US then takes 3–4 business days, so most orders arrive within 5–8 business days.

Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum.

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door.

At the moment we ship to addresses within the United States only.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us at info@fifthavenuestyle.com as soon as possible with your order number and we'll do our best to update or cancel it.

You can return unworn items in their original condition within 90 days of delivery.

Email us at info@fifthavenuestyle.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send you a printable return label and simple instructions.

The cost of the return label is deducted from your refund. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we cover return shipping in full.

Of course. Contact us with your order number and the size you need, and we'll take care of the exchange.

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank may need a few business days to show it.

Use the Size Finder on any product page: enter your height and weight, answer two quick questions about your build and fit, and get your recommended size in seconds. Detailed measurements are in the Size & Fit tab.

Tell the Size Finder how you like your clothes to fit and it will adjust its recommendation. For outerwear, choose the larger size if you like to layer over knitwear. Still unsure? Email us and we'll help you choose.

Yes. Our checkout is fully encrypted and your card details are processed securely. We never see or store your full card number.

Yes. Prices in the Fall/Winter 2026 collection already include the discount. The original price is shown crossed out next to the sale price.

Yes. Add 2 items to your bag and save an extra 10%, 3 items for 15% and 4 or more items for 20%. The discount is applied automatically in your bag and at checkout.

Every Fifth Avenue Style piece is designed in the USA, with clean lines, considered materials and colors made for the season.

Please follow the care label inside each garment. As a rule of thumb, wash knitwear cold and dry it flat, and have tailored outerwear professionally dry cleaned to keep its shape for years.

No. You can check out as a guest. An account simply makes it easier to view your orders.
